Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Collektions, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

You retain ownership of the PDFs and publications you upload. You grant Collektions the permissions needed to store, render, and serve that content so we can provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for how you share it.

Do not use Collektions to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Collektions offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence you choose at checkout — monthly or annually — at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for that plan, until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every twelve months. We will email you before an annual subscription renews. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.

Cancellation. When you cancel, your subscription remains active for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to the Free plan. We do not delete your publications when a subscription ends. Publications and settings that exceed Free plan limits become inactive and are no longer publicly reachable, but your content is retained in your account so you can restore it by upgrading again or reducing your usage.

Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. If something goes wrong — you were charged in error, the service was unusable, or you were billed after cancelling — email us within 30 days and we will make it right. Nothing here limits refund rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country or state. Our refund policy sets out what this means in practice.

Price changes. We may change plan pricing. If a change affects your existing subscription, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before renewal if you do not accept the new price. Pricing during early access may change more frequently as the product develops.

Taxes and payment processing. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as merchant of record and may collect applicable sales tax or VAT in addition to the listed price. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we and our payment provider may retry it. We will email you so you can update your payment method. If payment is not completed after a reasonable grace period, your account returns to the Free plan as described above.

Usage limits. Each plan includes limits on active publications, uploads, file size and storage. We enforce these limits and may decline actions that would exceed them. We may also suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by uploading unlawful material or by attempting to circumvent plan limits.

We work to keep Collektions reliable but provide the service on an “as is” basis without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
